Charlotte Rodenberg is an artist, educator, and twice published children’s book author and illustrator. She received her MFA in Painting Drawing and Sculpture from Temple University / Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia in 2009. She has exhibited her works in galleries in Boston, Philadelphia, Indiana, Kentucky, Virginia, Seattle, Portland and Germany. In 2011, she received a fellowship at Jentel Artist Residency. Between 2013-2014 she maintained her writing and art studio practice at the Fremont Abbey Arts Center in Seattle. Her picture books Bronto and the Pterodactyl Eggs and Bronto, Friend of Ceratops are distributed internationally and sold at select bookstores including the Nature History Museum in New York. She is currently teaching Art Foundations at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond VA. In addition to her love of art, writing and teaching, she travels regularly, loves nature and family.
